As part of the Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project (“JCAFC Project”), the “Charter for Age-friendly Shopping Malls” (“Charter”) under the theme of “Creating an age-friendly and inclusive and shopping environment and experience for all” is set to encourage shopping malls to provide visitors with a convenient and barrier-free environment, as well as deliver quality and professional services through better attending to the needs of visitors at all ages.
